I think Winehouse's death says more about the dangers of becoming a drug addict and alcoholic, than about the dangers of detoxing alone.

If you live in the West or southwest areas, a combination of solar and wind power might provide the economic justification to make the investment necessary. Solar + wind in the daylight, wind at night might provide power for enough of the time to make the payback time shorter.

The threat of litigation is ever-present if you practice medicine. As a Physician Assistant in the Bureau of Prisons, I was shielded from financial payout, but prisoners sue at the drop of a hat, and you still have to go thru the process of depositions, etc..
